The 2007 International Congress was held in Cornwall where the theme was ‘the contribution to the world of the arts, science and industry by the Celtic diaspora’. It was attended by 120 people from as far away as New Zealand and Patagonia and over 600 people enjoyed the evening concerts. The programme is varied with lectures, debates, music and dance, trips and talks. It is an opportunity for many people from the Celtic countries to get together and to consolidate approaches to language and culture.
